Parent/Carers

As a caring Christian Community we firmly hold the belief that as the parent/carer of a child in our school you are an automatic member of the SPCEDS family.

At SPCEDS we understand that you know your child best.  It is essential for your child's learning that we work together to build a complete picture using yours and our knowledge.

No matter how small or insignificant you may feel it is, if you have a concern about your child, we welcome you coming to speak with us.  It certainly does not matter how many times you come.  Should you feel your child may have a Special Educational Need you may want to refer to our SENCo, please see SEND page.

Only by fostering this partnership, based on Compassion, Truth and Trust can we ensure the very best learning experience to enable your child to reach their full potential.

We welcome parents/carers into school to help with a variety of activities and value this support.  If there are any ways in which you would like to be involved we will be delighted to hear from you.

At SPCEDS we are committed to the safety and welfare of your child and should you wish to come in and support we ask that you complete an Enhanced DBS, (Disclosure and Barring Service) form to check your suitability to work with our children.

We do realise, that although we set ourselves high standards, there may be an occasion where we do not live up to your expectations.  If this is the case do not hesitate to come and speak with us.
